Your purchase didn't quite work out, we want you to be happy with your online order.
You can send back your purchase to us within 7 days of receiving it, for exchange or store credit (that one will last forever if you don't find something you like right away).
We do not provide a return label and you are responsible for return shipping costs.
items must be in their original condition unworn, unwashed, not altered in any way and not damaged. if not, they will be refused and shipped back to the sender at the senders expense.
Follow these steps if you would like to make a return :
1 - Email us with the following information to obtain a RA number:
full name
telephone number
address
order number
item (s) returning
reasons for return
2 - Place it in your secure shipping container, clearly identifying Name, Order Number and RA number
3 - Email us with the tracking number of the returning package.
4 - Make sure that there are no other shipping or tracking labels attached to your package.
5 - Use a trackable and insured shipping method with signature option. We cannot accept COD returns OR returns without RA number and they will be refused upon delivery.
Please note that The Citizen Room is not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit.
6 - Note : all sales, discount items, special promotions, bodysuits and accessories are final sale, not qualified for any exchange or refund.
We do our best to help you get it right the first time, providing as much info as is available and in case you missed this, we're full of advice so don't hesitate to reach out before you seal the deal.
SHIPPING
We are able to ship any where in the world.
Most orders will arrive within one week. Standard shipping within Canada flat rate is $15. Standard shipping to the US flat rate is $35.
If you need an item rushed or would like an alternate shipping method please contact us prior to placing your order. International shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and ship to location. Final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout and do not cover any duty or customs charges incurred. These fees are the customer’s responsibility. Note: orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays, and will be processed on the next business day.
PICK UP MY ORDER IN THE STORE
You may choose the option to pick up the item in the store. Simply, choose the delivery option “pick up in store” and save on shipping. You will receive an email notifying you that your package is ready to pick up at the store.
